Human Behavior 6 Dec 2021, 6:19 am

We know elephants are large and powerful land creatures. They have large fan-like ears and a long trunk through which they make a trumpet sound. Children feel that elephants are fearless because of their size. They will be surprised to know that elephants avoid trees and branches filled with crawling tiny ants. They are even scared of bees. So the farmers in Africa breed bees to avert elephants invading their crops.

The elephant's behavior is similar to humans in multiple ways. They also deserve respect like humans, which gets overlooked. Let us learn and acknowledge their human traits.

Skincare routine

Humans are sensitive about their wrinkles and do everything to prevent the folds and creases. Elephants have wrinkles right from their birth, but still, there are similarities in the skincare routine. Sunrays affect both elephants and humans. Unlike humans, elephants don't have sunscreen options. They choose sand and mud [herbal method], which works as a moisturizer, sunscreen, and bug repellent on their extremely sensitive skin.

Speed enthusiasts

Elephants running speed is 30 km/hr. or 20 mph. In comparison to your car speeding, it is low, but when viewed from its 14,000 lb. weight angle-----the power is significant! They are not reckless like speedy car drivers but imagine a tiny creature crawling under the bush.

Deep family bonds

The female elephant leads the herd. The entire herd raises the calves. Male elephants leave the herd when they turn 12 years old and start staying independently. The females don't leave their mothers, so the herd comprises generations of female kin. Just as you acknowledge women-power in humans, female-elephant needs the same appreciation!

Sensitive and caring

Elephants are gentle giants with their personal language. Just like humans, they depend on physical contact like a patting touch after a hard task. When a baby elephant hollers or shouts, the herd caresses and touches it with their trunks.

They are smart animals with intricate sentiment, compassion, feelings, and self-awareness. The herd is also protective towards anyone, who is unable to defend themselves. The herd gathers around the sick, injured, and elderly forming a circle as a shield. They only move after they feel it is safe.

Adore swimming

Elephants adore dipping in water like humans. Their size hardly hampers their style of swimming. The elephants use the trunk as a snorkel while swimming. Playing in water is good for them because when they float, their leg joints can relax easily.

Never forget

Science supports the fact that elephants don't forget. The older a female elephant her skills to identify a friend or foe gets sharper. As the herd's matriarch, it is her liability to distinguish between a friend and an enemy approaching her herd. It allows other elephants to concentrate on feeding and mating without any concern.

Mourning

Elephants mourn their loved one's death just as intensely as humans. They touch and caress the deceased loved one's skull with their trunks. Even after years of their loved one's death, they pause at the spot for several minutes in silence. Hats off to their strong memory!

Just like humans, elephants eat, swim, run, care, protect, and mourn. Just like us, elephants also need help. Poachers and ivory trade still flourishes, even with strict laws and penalties, the majestic creatures need your help!

Endangered and Extinct Species 6 Dec 2021, 6:18 am

Peoples love to seeing animals, birds and other species... but their is decrement seeing in it's species. For these activities of extincting only we are responsible humans. Day by day we are seeing that rapid extinction occur.

Extinction occur by deforestation means erasing the lots of trees which vanish the forests. If we will destroy their homes then where they go. That's why they entered in our community and after that we also even kill them where there is no reason. They hunted due to our faults. As image captured by Google. Many green area on earth are vanish.By extinction data revealed that a rate of 100 to 1000 species lost per million per year due to human caused habital destruction and climate change. Species of wildlife is extincting 1000 times faster than humans.

Let's talk about our National animal "Royal Bengal Tiger" is also in endangered species. In 2017 about 3600 tigers are left in India.Due to their costly selling skin and skeleton is the reason for their hunting. By selling one tiger skeleton, a poacher could make an amount equal to what some labourer would earn in 10 years.

That's why 27 project tiger wildlife reserves in India covering an area 37,761km². Also many species that are extinct like Mammoth, Dodo. Blue Whale, Grey Whale, Asian Elephant,Snow Leopard, Indian Python are at risk to endangered. So,It is our responsibility and our work to show our generation that what we done for them.

And how we can show them that our nature make many hilarious species. So,save, conserve and protect them to extinct. By keeping them in wildlife reserves. And not destroying forests if someone lost their home and loveone's then how they feel. Think about it.

You know that billions of animals and birds losting their homes no not nest or den but the most important place where they made this FOREST.It's our fault that for making big flats and infrastructure we destroying many forest. For making our dream homes we vanishing their dream homes.

And it's not too late just plant trees in your homes and in your surroundings and motivate others to plant many tress in their and in their surroundings.Organise trees motivating programmes to aware most of people to plant and save many trees as they.Take responsibility and it will give advantage to you

How Incorporating SMS Will Improve Your Call Center Customer Experience 3 Dec 2021, 12:52 am

A faulty communication system can cost a lot of money by wasting both the employee's time and the client's trust. "PwC surveyed 15,000 consumers and found that 1 in 3 customers will leave a brand they love after just one bad experience, while 92% would completely abandon a company after two or three negative interactions." Frequent down time will cost money that could have been saved if a quality assurance safeguard was deployed. Having business operations that run smoothly is paramount in optimizing profitably.

Smartphones revolutionized the way we communicate and have now become common necessities for people around the world. Since the release of the first Apple iPhone in 2007, many millennials became early adopters of new collaboration modes. This generation - born between 1981 and 1996 - now make up a large segment of the workforce.

Older generations also began following the lead of the millenials, adopting SMS later. "A Zipwhip survey found that 73% of consumers want more businesses to text them. Customers of all ages, from Baby Boomers to Generation Z, like the ease, convenience and privacy that texting offers." Companies often get a better response rate with instant messaging because, unlike email or phone calls, people are more likely to send out a short response than spend time formulating a reply email or scheduling time to call you back.

SMS solves a unique pain point for both consumers and call center agents. Picture a scenario where a customer has a quick minor question and does not need an in-depth answer on the phone. The customer can be immediately acknowledged with an automated text. Then, a customer can be serviced much more quickly. For the customer, the main advantage is convenience. They don't need to set time out of their day waiting to speak to an agent to get the same information.

Call center agents are able to service multiple people at the same time via multiple text channels. They will have a record of all the details of a conversation so they can look up history at any time and avoid having the customer repeat themselves to different agents. Agents will also be able to efficiently manage general questions freeing up time for more complex inquiries. In fact, many call centers are building AI-infused bots that can respond to general SMS inquiries and if necessary, elevate the customer to a live agent.

Incorporating SMS in a call center gives a consumer even more ways to interact with your business. Servicing customers through various channels, offers more options, provides more satisfying experiences, improves productivity and strengthens the relationship with your customer.
