The “Standard, One Up Compensation Policy”
Ad My Name’s one up compensation policy is a membership based plan that creates residual income growth for participating members.
The one up plan is not a pyramid based compensation where someone is always on the top, it’s a front-line royalty compensation growth and residual plan that allows every participating member the position, and opportunity of, front line hierarchy.
For example:
Bill shares Ad My Name, Business Solutions, web hosting opportunity with Jim. Jim purchase’s the Ad My Name, Business Solutions standard $500.00 dollars’ set-up membership fee to become a hosting member and is eligible for the one up compensation program if he decides to purchase the monthly fee of $49.95 and either receives a website domain with Ad My Name, Business Solution, or decides to have an already existing website domain pointed to Ad My Name, Business Solutions servers.
When this happens if Bill has his own line he will get 40% of Jim’s membership set up fees, and 10% of Jim’s monthly hosting fees.
If Bill is still in the person’s line that introduced him to the opportunity, and hasn’t produced his first recruit, he is not eligible for compensation. Only when and until he gives his first recruit to who introduced him to Ad My Name, Business Solutions one up compensation, will front line compensation happen.
For illustration purposes, (we’ll call that person, Michelle).
Michelle receives Bill’s first recruit, making Bill eligible to get out of Michelle’s line that (Jim) is now in, as (Jim) is now Bill’s replacement.
What must (Jim) do to get out of Michelle’s line and start his own line of eligibility? He must give his first recruit, as Bill did, to Michelle. When (Jim) does this, he is now eligible to get his front line royalty compensation from everyone else that is recruited through his line, just like Michelle and Bill does in their lines.
All websites hosted are independently owned and managed by the independent members, and the independent member will have access to their own back office with all the necessary tools needed to manage their own site(s). Members can get additional training from Ad My Name, Business Solutions when needed at rates provided by Ad My Name, Business Solutions. However, recruit training will be provided by the recruiting compensated agents, those that receives continuous compensation from their in-their-line members.
All members can participate in the one up compensation plan by recruiting, however this doesn’t make them eligible for full 50% compensation, (which is) 40% of standard $500 set-up, and 10% monthly residual.
For example:
Tim can get started with the low-base $100.00 setup plan and $30.00 per month start-up. However, every recruit going through Tim’s line that elects to go standard, (That is) $500.00 set-up and $50.00 per month hosting will be moved up to Tim’s initial eligible recruit line person. Tim will get 10% of $500.00 = $50, and no residual hosting compensation. That will go to the eligible person of the line that “Recruit Tim”, was initially recruited in.
An example:
If Tim was recruited by Ted and Ted was in Terry’s line Tim is still in her, (“Terry’s”) line, until he is eligible to start his own by being a $500.00 standard set-up member paying $50.00 monthly hosting, or recruiting someone that will make the eligible set-up standard membership behind him.
Tim will only get a discount of 5% for one month from his hosting fees, for anyone that he recruits that gets the low-base plan or low-line hosting plan, $100 set-up, $10 monthly hosting, Tim gets nothing. However, Tim will be eligible to start his own line when any one recruit he’s responsible for recruiting make the eligible $500.00 standard set-up, monthly hosting plan. But he will forfeit part of all compensation and all residual of any one in his line that gets the standard set-up while he has yet to qualify, to Terry’s line.

The “Ad My Name, Excel Compensation Plan”
The Excel compensation plan features 50% compensation for all new recruit set-up fees, and 20% of new recruit members hosting fees, when Ad My Name members are “Excel members.”
When this happens if Bill has his own line, and is a qualified “Excel member,” he will get 50% of Jim’s membership set up fees, and 20% of Jim’s monthly hosting fees, and every new recruit that goes through, his, (Bill’s) line thereafter.
